tkko Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the tkko platform and all services provided under it. By opening an account through the tkko website or application, you are giving your full agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms form a legal agreement between the user and tkko. The English version of these Terms shall be considered authoritative. tkko reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

Opening an account on tkko is completely free. Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled and associated balances being forfeited.

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. The following details are required:

• Valid full name (as per national identity card or passport)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (to verify age of 21 or above)

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone and sign out after every login. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

tkko may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time for security purposes. Failure to provide these documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The tkko platform is for adults aged 21 (twenty-one) years or above only. Use of this service by minors is strictly prohibited.

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must own a valid Bangladeshi bank or mobile banking account in your own name.
• Using the platform from a region where online gaming is legally prohibited is not permitted.
• tkko officers, employees and their family members may not place bets on the platform.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following terms apply to financial transactions on tkko:

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits must be made only from the account holder's own payment method.
• Deposits through third parties are prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
• The maximum deposit limit is set by tkko and may change at any time.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Completing identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal is mandatory.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus are met.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if fraud or unusual activity is detected.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on tkko. All bonus offers are governed by the following general terms:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (25x).
• The welcome bonus applies once per person, household, address or IP address.
• Winnings from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.

VIP Cashback Bonus

• Bronze tier: weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver tier: weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold tier: weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• VIP tier progression is determined based on your gaming activity.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.
• tkko reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraud is suspected for any reason, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.

6 Gaming Policy

Various types of games including slots, live casino and cricket betting are available on the tkko platform. All games are operated under the following policies:

• Each game has its own rules, which are shown in the game interface. It is your responsibility to read the rules before starting a game.
• If the outcome of any game is affected by a technical error, tkko reserves the right to cancel that round.
• tkko is not responsible for any bet lost due to a network disconnection.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of any dispute, game logs and server records will be considered authoritative.
• In cricket or other sports betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.
• Placing conflicting bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

tkko is committed to ensuring a fair and balanced gaming environment. Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using any kind of software, bots, automated tools or artificial intelligence.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using the tkko platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Threatening, harassing or abusive behaviour toward the platform or other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, tkko reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance and take applicable legal action.

8 Security and Privacy

tkko gives the highest priority to protecting your personal information and financial data. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

• Your personal information will not be sold or transferred to any third party.
• Information may be disclosed when required by legal obligation or at the request of a regulatory authority.
• Details of how personal information is collected, used and stored are described in our Privacy Policy.
• Enabling Two-Factor Authentication is strongly recommended.
• If suspicious activity is detected on your account, tkko may temporarily suspend the account.

tkko will never ask for your password or full payment details via email or chat. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and notify our support team.

9 Responsible Gaming

tkko places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gambling is a form of entertainment, but it can become addictive. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• You can set your own deposit limits, betting limits and session time limits.
• Contact the support team to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself (Self-Exclusion).
• Use the Reality Check feature to monitor your playing time and spending.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

tkko may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Refusal to provide identity verification documents.
• Age limit violation or identified as a minor.

You can also contact the support team at any time to close your account. An opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to fraud.

11 Limitation of Liability

tkko does not accept any liability for the following:

• Loss incurred in a game or bet due to loss of internet connection.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or errors by a third-party payment provider.
• Interruption of service due to changes in law or regulatory directives.
• Unforeseen technical disruptions or cyberattacks.

In the event of any dispute, tkko's decision will be considered final. However, users may appeal through the support channels. Contact our support team for more details about the dispute resolution process.

12 Changes, Termination & Governing Law

tkko reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.

• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective.
• These terms are written in Bengali and are governed by the laws applicable in Bangladesh.
• Any legal disputes will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
• If a translation of these terms exists in English or another language, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
